NeuraEase Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NeuraEase websites, mobile applications, beta programs, waitlists, and related services. NeuraEase Inc. is responsible for the services and these Terms. Brain Morph Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may support NeuraEase as an affiliate, development, operations, or support entity.
By using NeuraEase, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, or using NeuraEase, you represent and confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are 13 to 17 years old, you represent and confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and our Privacy Policy, has agreed to your use of NeuraEase, and will provide appropriate supervision for your use of the service. The parent or legal guardian is responsible for the minor's use of NeuraEase.
NeuraEase is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, you may not download, access, create an account for, or use NeuraEase. We may ask users or parents/guardians to confirm age, authority, or permission before enabling certain features or responding to account or privacy requests.
Wellness Service Only
NeuraEase is a wellness and self-understanding tool. It is not a medical device, emergency service, diagnostic tool, clinical decision system, or substitute for a doctor, therapist, crisis service, or other qualified professional.
NeuraEase does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. NeuraEase does not guarantee prediction or prevention of overload, meltdown, shutdown, anxiety, injury, crisis, or any other event.
If you believe you may have a medical emergency or may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis service immediately.
Permissions and Data Sources
Some features require permissions, such as wearable data, Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, device sensors, Android Accessibility Tracking, notifications, or caregiver sharing. You may decline or revoke permissions. Some features may not work without the relevant permission. In the current beta, Accessibility Tracking is required to complete Android setup.
You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms and privacy policies of third-party platforms, wearables, app stores, and integrations you choose to connect.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
If you use Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or another login provider, that provider's terms also apply.
User Content and Feedback
You may submit logs, notes, preferences, messages, feedback, or other content. You retain ownership of your content. You grant NeuraEase a limited license to process your content to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or violates another person's rights.
Caregiver Features
Caregiver or support-contact features are optional. If you enable them, you are responsible for choosing recipients and confirming that their contact details are accurate. Caregiver notifications may be delayed, missed, inaccurate, or unavailable. They are not emergency alerts.
Research and Beta Programs
Beta features may be incomplete, experimental, or changed without notice. Research participation is optional and governed by separate consent materials. Do not rely on beta features for medical, safety-critical, or emergency decisions.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse NeuraEase, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, access data without authorization, upload malicious code, harass others, use the service for surveillance, or use NeuraEase to make medical, insurance, employment, credit, or other eligibility decisions about another person.
Intellectual Property
NeuraEase, including its software, designs, content, trademarks, models, workflows, and documentation, is owned by NeuraEase or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
You may use NeuraEase only for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Paid Features
If NeuraEase offers paid features, subscription terms, pricing, renewal periods, cancellation rights, and refund rules will be shown before purchase. App store purchases may be handled by Apple, Google, or another platform, and their payment terms may apply.
Disclaimers
NeuraEase is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or suitable for your particular needs. Wearables, sensors, algorithms, and context signals can be inaccurate or unavailable.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuraEase will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to NeuraEase in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You may stop using NeuraEase at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the service, or if we discontinue the service.
You may request account deletion through the app where available, at https://www.neuraease.com/account-deletion, or by emailing email@neuraease.in from the email address linked to your account with the subject line Delete my NeuraEase account.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, unless mandatory consumer law in your location provides otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice where required. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
