Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your NeuraEase account and associated personal data through the app where available, at https://www.neuraease.com/account-deletion, or by emailing email@neuraease.in from the email address linked to your account.

Please include Delete my NeuraEase account in the subject line.

We may ask you to verify your identity before deleting the account. After verification, we will delete or de-identify account data within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days, unless we must retain limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons. Backup copies may remain for a limited period, typically up to 90 days.

If you are a parent or legal guardian requesting deletion of a minor's account or data, please state that in your request so we can verify authority and process the request appropriately.
